At WORKSHOP/CoOp, we take customer service seriously. So, let us know how we’re doing. And if you do buy a bag -- come on, you know you want to, then let us know where it goes. Paris? Trenton? Morocco? Send us a picture. Or an essay. You can even write a poem to your bag. We’ll put you on our blog. It’ll be fun. We promise.

And if you know of other artisan cooperatives around the world with which we could collaborate, send those too. We’re always open to new ideas. So go on, get thinking.

We want to know how we’re doing so feel free to contact us at with an questions, concerns, random thoughts, kind words, or constructive criticism. Really, how else are we going to learn?

Our bags are durable, but they'll obviously get dirty with use. We call this “patina”, but if you’re someone who likes to keep their tennis shoes white, it’s probably best to dry clean them. You can also wash them by hand in cold water unless their red, navy or black with white stripes (come on, everyone knows not to do that, right?). Just remember to tuck the tassel inside the zipper. And
the more you wash them, the more they may fade, but we think this is a sign of love. Eventually, the tassel will fall off. We're hoping they turn into collector’s items so store yours in your jewelry drawer. Or hang it on your bulletin board. In fact, let us know what you do with your tassel. We’re thinking the tango....

We ship our product through the U.S. Postal Service for both domestic and international
orders because it’s the best deal for you, and because we don’t think that post people
should become obsolete. Do you?

We use Priority Mail boxes, and your rate is determined by the number of
bags your order. The good news is if you order more than 6 bags and they’re being
shipping domestically, the shipping’s on us. As in Free. As in get ordering.

The merchandise should arrive at your door step in 2-3 business days (slightly more if
you live, in say, Paraguay).

We lovingly pack our product in minimal, recycled packaging because burdening the
planet with more waste just doesn’t fit out credo.

If for some inexplicable reason, you aren’t happy with your bag -- maybe it’s not the right color or perhaps you want another size, then return it to us in its original condition with a note explaining why and we’ll either refund your credit card or exchange it for another bag. Easy, right?

Since our bags are hand woven, there will be some bumps and irregularities in the weave. It’s part of the charm. But if, by some off hand chance, you get a defective bag -- this has never happened, but there’s always a first time for everything, let us know and we’ll not only take care of the shipping back to us, we’ll send you a new bag right away. How’s that for service?
